Getting started
Setting up SellerGenix and connecting your first store.
SellerGenix is an analytics and operations platform for Amazon sellers. It pulls your sales, fees, refunds, ads, and inventory data from your connected account, calculates accurate profit and margin, and surfaces the trends that matter without you having to leave the dashboard.
We currently support Amazon North America (US, CA, MX). Amazon EU and other channels are on the roadmap.
On first sign-in you are redirected to the onboarding screen. Click 'Connect Amazon Seller Account' to start the secure authorization flow. Amazon will ask you to confirm the marketplaces you want to share with SellerGenix.
After you authorize, we kick off a background sync that pulls roughly 12 months of orders, fees, refunds, and ads. The dashboard becomes usable within minutes; full historical depth takes longer.
Most accounts see their first dashboard data within 2-3 minutes thanks to our streaming pipeline. A complete 12-month backfill (orders + fees + refunds + ads + inventory) usually finishes within 30-60 minutes depending on order volume.
You can keep using the app while sync runs - numbers will fill in progressively.
Each workspace connects to one Amazon seller account, which covers that account's North America marketplaces (US, Canada, Mexico). You can see and refresh the connection under Settings > Amazon.
To share the same dashboard with teammates, invite them from Settings > Team & seats. If you run a second seller account, open a ticket under 'Account or billing' and we will help you set it up.
Not yet. The web app is fully responsive and works well on phones and tablets, but a dedicated iOS/Android app is on the post-Phase-1 roadmap.
Start with GenixBoard if you want profit, fees, refunds, orders, inventory, and COGS in one place. Open GenixAds when you want advertising performance and campaign decisions. Use GenixCreative to write and optimize listings and create listing image sets (Listing Optimization, Listing Pro, Diamond Creative). Use GenixEngage for Amazon Request Review workflows.
If you are not sure, connect your Amazon account first and let the dashboard finish the setup checklist.
SellerGenix starts showing useful data as soon as the first safe slices are ready. Some historical fees, ads, returns, product images, and inventory signals can continue syncing in the background.
Use the setup progress panel as the source of truth. If a step has been stuck for more than 2 hours, open a ticket with the page URL and marketplace.
Phase 1 focuses on Amazon North America: United States, Canada, and Mexico. If your connected account includes multiple North America marketplaces, SellerGenix narrows deeper sync work to the marketplaces where we can see sales activity so setup stays faster and cleaner.
A few things you may have seen mentioned are not part of SellerGenix yet: WhatsApp alerts, Amazon marketplaces outside the US, Canada, and Mexico, Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok Shop connections, GenixAnalytics (market and competitor research), and GenixCollab.
We will announce each one in the app when it opens. We do not share release dates in advance.
