Common questions

GenixAds

Ad connection, campaign reporting, recommendations, and approved changes.

Amazon sales and advertising data come from separate permission areas. The seller connection powers orders, fees, refunds, and inventory. The advertising connection powers spend, sales, ACoS, TACoS, campaign performance, and keyword/search-term insight.

During onboarding, SellerGenix requests up to 365 days of supported advertising history in safe chunks. Larger accounts can take longer because campaign, keyword, ASIN, and product-ad breakdowns finish in stages.

No. GenixAds shows recommendations, such as suggested bids and budgets, but bid, budget, negative keyword, and pause or enable changes are sent to Amazon only after you approve them in a confirmation step.

Review each change before you confirm it, especially on high-spend campaigns.

Product-level ad spend depends on the advertising account, campaign mapping, ASIN attribution, and selected date range. If account-level spend is visible but product spend is not, the product may not have attributable ad activity in that period.

ACoS compares ad spend to ad-attributed sales. TACoS compares ad spend to total sales. ACoS is useful for campaign efficiency; TACoS is better for understanding whether ads are helping the whole business profitably.
