GenixEngage

Request Review workflows, eligibility, sends, analytics, and product rules.

GenixEngage helps you operate Amazon Request Review workflows. It tracks eligible shipped orders, product rules, scheduled requests, send status, and review movement signals so you can manage review outreach without building spreadsheets.

Orders generally need to be shipped and inside Amazon’s allowed timing window. SellerGenix may show an estimated delivery signal, but it does not treat that estimate as final eligibility. If Amazon does not allow the action yet, the order waits and retries later.

For Amazon Request Review, the message is controlled by Amazon. SellerGenix helps you choose timing, product rules, and eligibility handling, but it does not turn Request Review into a custom email campaign.

Requests sent and observed review movement are different signals. A customer may not leave a review, a review may arrive later, or marketplace snapshots may update on a different cadence. Use the analytics as directional performance context, not as one-to-one attribution.

Confirm the marketplace, product rules, delay window, excluded products, and daily volume expectation. Start with a narrow rule if you are unsure, then expand after you see sends and analytics behaving as expected.
