Common questions

Billing & account

Trial, credits, subscriptions, invoices, team access, and your data.

Yes. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial (60 days if you sign up through a referral link). You do not need a credit card to start.

During the trial, connecting your Amazon seller and advertising accounts unlocks 100 free starter credits for GenixCreative (200 if you joined through a referral). If you do not sell on Amazon yet, a $0 card verification unlocks the same credits.

Credits pay for GenixCreative runs. By default, Listing Optimization uses 80 credits, Listing Pro uses 100 credits, and Diamond Creative uses 80 credits per variant (so a 2-variant run uses 160).

Credits are only deducted when a run starts, and the current price is always shown before you confirm. You can see your balance, buy more credits, and check current prices on the Credits page (/app/credits).

Open the Credits page and scroll to Credit activity. Every grant, purchase, and charge is listed with its date, the report or ASIN it belongs to, the number of Diamond variants where relevant, and your balance after the change. Each run links back to its report.

Yes. On the Credits page, choose the card verification option during your trial. It is a $0 verification: your card is not charged and no subscription starts. Once the card is verified, your starter credits are added.

Each card and workspace can claim the starter credits once.

Go to Settings > Billing and click 'Open billing portal'. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Plan changes do not interrupt sync or affect your historical data.

Go to Settings > Billing and click 'Open billing portal' to see every invoice and download it as a PDF. The company name and invoice details printed on future invoices are set under Settings > Company.

Go to Settings > Billing, click 'Open billing portal', and cancel your subscription there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.

Not yet. Two-factor authentication is not available at the moment. Sign-in uses your email and password, and sessions expire after a period of inactivity. Use a strong, unique password for your SellerGenix account.

Yes. Go to Settings > Team & seats to invite teammates by email and choose their role. Owner connects Amazon and controls billing (one per workspace), Admin can invite members and edit settings and data, and Viewer has read-only access to dashboards and reports.

Owners and admins can add more seats from the same tab if you need them.

Go to Settings > Company to update your business name and invoice details. Only owners and admins can edit them. Changes apply to future invoices; already issued invoices are not rewritten.

Your data is kept while your account is active. After your account is closed, you have 30 days to download anything you need. After that, uploaded files such as expense receipts are permanently deleted.

Before leaving, export the key tables from the dashboard and use Download ZIP on the General expenses tab to keep your receipts.

Account and data deletion is done by request. Open a ticket in the 'Account or billing' category and tell us what you want deleted.
