Amazon connection

Connected account access, permissions, and troubleshooting.

SellerGenix reads your sales, fees, refunds, inventory, catalog, and advertising data so it can calculate profit and show performance.

It only changes something in your Amazon account when you explicitly take that action yourself: bid, budget, negative keyword, or pause changes you approve in GenixAds, and review requests you set up in GenixEngage.

They are two separate account connections with separate authorizations.

The seller account connection gives us sales, fees, refunds, inventory, and catalog data. The advertising connection gives us campaign performance.

Many dashboards, such as ACOS, TACOS, and ad ROI by ASIN, only work when both are connected.

Amazon account access can occasionally expire, typically after a password change, access revocation, or a long idle window. Go to Settings > Amazon and reconnect the flagged connection; this restarts the secure authorization flow and resumes sync automatically.

If reconnect repeatedly fails, open a ticket below and we can inspect the connection logs on our side.

Amazon can expose each brand or profile as a separate advertising account. Our scheduled sync discovers those accounts after connection, but it can take up to one refresh cycle before metrics appear.

If you still see no ads after an hour, the most common cause is advertising access being attached to a different seller login. Open a ticket and we can verify.

Amazon EU and Amazon Global expansions are Phase 2 of our roadmap. The data model is already region-aware, so when we ship, your existing dashboards will simply gain a marketplace switcher.

No. SellerGenix never changes your prices, listings, or orders. It reads the records needed to calculate profit, fees, refunds, inventory, ads, and operational insights.

The only actions it can send to Amazon are ones you take yourself: ad changes you approve in GenixAds and review requests you configure in GenixEngage.

It can. Amazon may require you to re-authorize connected tools after password changes, permission changes, or security reviews. If data stops refreshing after an account change, go to Settings > Amazon and reconnect the affected account.

A marketplace can be missing if it was not selected during authorization, has no recent orders, or belongs to a different Amazon account. Reconnect from Settings > Amazon and confirm the marketplace selection.

If it still does not appear, send the marketplace and one recent order date in a ticket so support can trace it.
