1. Scope

  • Seller: MENTOREIS LLC, operator of SellerGenix.
  • Buyer: the person or business that purchases a SellerGenix subscription, credits or additional users.

This Sales Agreement covers everything you buy on SellerGenix: GenixBoard subscriptions, additional users and GenixCreative credits. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

A purchase is complete when you confirm payment at checkout and the payment succeeds. We confirm each payment by email.

2. Products and Prices

All prices are in US dollars. The prices below are current as of the date of this document; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.

2.1 GenixBoard subscription

Monthly

  • Price: $15.99 per month
  • Billing: renews every month

Yearly

  • Price: $159.99 per year
  • Billing: renews every year
  • Each subscription covers one workspace for one Amazon seller account and includes 2 users.
  • Additional users: +3 users for $5 per month.
  • GenixAds and GenixEngage are included in GenixBoard at no extra cost.

2.2 GenixCreative credits

100 credits

  • Price: $10

550 credits

  • Price: $50 (500 credits + 50 bonus)

1,150 credits

  • Price: $100 (1,000 credits + 150 bonus)

Custom amount

  • Price: 10 credits per $1, from 10 credits in steps of 5
  • Listing Optimization: 80 credits per listing.
  • Listing Pro: 100 credits per listing.
  • Diamond: 80 credits per color or design variant.

We may change prices in the future. A new subscription price applies from your next renewal after we notify you; it never changes a period you have already paid for. Credit prices apply at the time of purchase.

3. Free Trial and Starter Credits

  • New accounts get a 30-day free trial of GenixBoard, or 60 days when signing up through a referral link. No credit card is required, and you are not charged when the trial ends; you pay only if you choose to subscribe.
  • Starter credits: 100 GenixCreative credits (200 when signing up through a referral link) after you connect your Amazon store or complete a $0 card verification. One grant per workspace; a card can be used to claim starter credits only once.
  • Starter and other promotional credits have no cash value, cannot be refunded and may expire as stated when they are granted.

4. Payment

  • Payment processor: payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Payment methods: the cards and other methods offered at checkout.
  • Automatic renewal: subscriptions and additional users renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel.
  • Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and, after notice, suspend paid features until the balance is paid.
  • Receipts and invoices: sent by email and available in your account.

5. Taxes

Prices do not include taxes. We do not currently collect sales tax, VAT or GST. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. If we are required to collect tax in the future, it will be shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may charge foreign transaction or currency conversion fees.

6. Delivery

SellerGenix is a digital service. Your subscription or credits become available as soon as payment is confirmed. Importing your Amazon history after you connect can take some time, depending on your account size and Amazon's limits.

7. Credits

  • Credits are prepaid, belong to your workspace and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
  • Credits are used when a generation starts. If a generation cannot be completed because of a technical error on our side, contact Support and we will restore the credits for the work that was not delivered.
  • Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Summary

  • Subscriptions: cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period; no refunds for partial periods.
  • Credits: refundable within 14 days of purchase only if none of the purchased credits have been used; otherwise non-refundable.
  • Required by law: nothing in this section limits refund rights you have under applicable law.

8.1 Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your subscription or additional users at any time in Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
  • You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give refunds or credits for unused time in a monthly or yearly period.
  • If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), tell us within 30 days and we will correct it.

8.2 Credits

  • You can request a refund of a credit purchase within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that purchase have been used.
  • Once any credits have been used, or after 14 days, credit purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

8.3 How to request a refund

Send a request through the Support page or to [email protected]. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, and refunded credits are removed from your balance. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue.

9. Referral Program

  • Commission: 20% of every payment made by customers you refer, including subscriptions, credit purchases and additional users.
  • Duration: lifetime, for as long as the referred customer keeps paying and you remain in good standing.
  • Attribution: the last referral link clicked within 90 days before sign-up.
  • Payment: each commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds and is paid once your approved balance reaches $100, in US dollars, by PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Reversals: commissions on refunded or charged-back payments are reversed. Self-referrals and suspected fraud are reviewed and may be cancelled.
  • Taxes: you are responsible for any taxes on your commissions.
  • Referred customers: receive a 60-day free trial and 200 starter credits, as described in section 3.

10. Warranty and Liability

  • We provide the Service as described on our website and in the Terms of Service. We do not guarantee specific business results, uptime, Amazon's acceptance of generated content, or the availability of third-party services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, as set out in the Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This Sales Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. federal law. Disputes are handled as described in the Terms of Service: 30 days of good-faith negotiation, then mediation, then binding arbitration in Springfield (Sangamon County), Illinois.

13. Acceptance

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and accept this Sales Agreement, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
  • Authorize recurring charges for subscriptions and additional users until you cancel.
  • Understand the cancellation and refund rules in section 8.
  • Accept electronic acceptance of this agreement and electronic delivery of receipts and notices.

This Sales Agreement is a legally binding contract. The current version is always available on this page.
